Having experienced rapid growth since their Canadian launch in 2016, Compass Digital Labs approached Field Trip & Co to help develop their brand framework, redesign the corporate website and freshen up their branded assets. The aim was to better reflect the "start-up" company culture, that up until now, has been a well-kept secret.
By updating their visual and written language — selecting new colours and fonts, building out a library of flexible shapes and reshooting their employee photos — the brand quickly shaped into one that is bold, youthful and inclusive. Compass Digital Labs development team supported the front-end development, bringing the new look and feel to life online.
